It seems that "latest" is invalid: only 1.0.0 is available at the moment. You should update the example docker compose or add the tag!

Hmm, it should have been valid as I tagged v1.0.0 as latest in the manifest but I'm inexperienced in docker image releases to say the least. And I probably didn't even test that. I'll work on that asap.

Okay, this should be fixed, with "latest" now referring to v1.0.2.
